Refund policy

At Terrible At Golf Store, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags attached
  • In its original packaging 

You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective
  • Your item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Items must still meet the standard return conditions:

  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags
  • In original packaging
  • Proof of purchase included

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
